To be accepted as a candidate you must possess the necessary prerequisites in the form of training, experience, knowledge and competence as listed in Annex 1 below. |

| Evaluation: |
You are evaluated according to articles 2.3-2.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Certification. Details of the evaluation methods are presented in Annex 2 below. The following deadlines apply:
- Your certification application will be reviewed within a maximum period of three weeks.
- If you meet the required pre-requisites you will be invited to participate in an examination session within a maximum of 3 months following your certification application review.

| Certification: |
If you meet the required score in the examination a certification decision will be made following the steps defined in articles §2.5-2.6 of the General Terms and Conditions of Certification. You will be notified of the certification decision with a maximum period of 4 weeks following the examination. If the certification decision is positive a certificate is issued with a validity of 3 years. |
| Surveillance: |
You are required to submit to an annual reviews of your competence are (see Annex 2 for details). You must update your experience folders including listing any complaints made against them during the certification period. |
| Renewal of certification: |
Your certificate must be renewed every 3 years following the method detailed in Annex 2. |
